We’re a modern training platform focused on reshaping how new eyecare professionals are introduced and supported as they enter the field. Our mission is to make onboarding and early-stage development simpler, more efficient, and more consistent across the eyecare industry.
To build effective programs, we spoke with clinic owners, managers, and professionals nationwide. A common theme emerged: training new staff in fast-paced clinical settings is time-consuming and inconsistent.
In response, we created a streamlined online training solution designed to help new hires build confidence and competence quickly. Our flagship courses—Eyecare Tech and Optician Onboarding—offer practical, role-specific instruction for those just starting out, helping practices onboard new team members with ease and consistency.
For added support, we also offer optional 1-on-1 consultations and Clinic Integration Sessions tailored to your team’s unique workflows—ensuring every new hire is ready to contribute from day one.
